The Pequizeiros District Park, located in Planaltina, Federal District, Brazil, is an important conservation area for native Cerrado vegetation although it remains poorly studied and lacks comprehensive floristic surveys. This study aimed to catalogue the species of Convolvulaceae occurring in the park, contributing to the knowledge of the local flora and supporting conservation efforts. Monthly field expeditions were conducted between November 2024 and June 2026, following standard botanical collection and herbarium preparation techniques. A total of 13 species belonging to six genera were recorded: Ipomoea (5 species), Distimake (3), Jacquemontia (2), Bonamia (1), Evolvulus (1) and Turbina (1). Most species were found in typical cerrado, the predominant vegetation type in the studied area and exhibited climbing or decumbent herbaceous/subshrub growth forms. The recorded species are widely distributed in Brazil, except for Bonamia austinii and Evolvulus rariflorus, which are endemic to the Central Brazilian Cerrado and are classified as endangered. These findings highlight the importance of the Pequizeiros District Park for the conservation of Cerrado flora, serving as an important refuge for the persistence of these threatened species. A complete species checklist, along with information on geographic distribution, habitat, morphological characteristics, threat categories and photographic records is provided.
