Abstract

O acervo de exsicatas do Herbário UFMT possui 346 Orchidaceae (262 de Mato Grosso, 70 representam 12 Estados brasileiros e 14 oriundos da Suécia e da Áustria). Oito tipos nomenclaturais da famí­lia Orchidaceae estão incorporados ao acervo: Alatigtossum culuenense Docha Neto & Benelli, Catasetum altaflorestensé Benelli & Grade, Catasetum apolloi Benelli & Grade, Coppensia rupestris Docha Neto e Epidendrum strobilicaule Hágsater & Benelli.
